"Cup" Koltuk / Splash Chair

Gavurların "suya düşme efekti" olan splash kelimesininin türkçe de karşılığı olmadığını az önce farkettim. Efenim bu keyifli koltuk Michael L. Wendel tarafından yaratılmış. Suya düşen bir cismin su yüzeyindeki etkisini göstermek için gayet seri çekim yapan özel kameralarla fotoğrafını çekerseniz, saniyenin 1/10'unda oluşan görüntü işte böyle oluyor. Gördüğünüz bu koltukta işte o 1/10luk saniyede oluşan görüntünün 1/8 oranında büyütülmüş hali imiş. Nasıl yapıldığına dair detayları burada bulabilirsiniz.

This funny chair design created by Michael L. Wendel, and its called as the "Splash Chair." Ever look at macro photos of water splashes or super slow mo’ video of a droplet slamming into the surface sending ripples across a lake? There’s a moment in that 1/10 of a second when the impact creates a crater or sorts, as if you were small enough, it could neatly cup you.
